How do we work?
The Oakmont is an agency designed for both busy families and busy childcare professionals.
Anyone working in childcare can join the agency once our thorough vetting procedures have been completed, they can provide ad hoc or part time care to local families in addition to their main role whether that's as a Childminder, Teaching Assistant or Nursery Worker for example.
What could be better than knowing your child's carer is an Ofsted registered childminder with 8 year's experience or a nursery worker with a string of childcare qualifications under their belt?
Not only can we offer occasional care but we can also find you the perfect person to join your family as a part or full time nanny. We take every detail from you that will allow us to find the right candidate and we advertise your position both within and outside the agency. Fees are only due once we have found you your ideal candidate.
By using The Oakmont you can be assured that your child's care is in the hands of a qualified and experienced professional.
Take a look at our Nannies on our Find your Nanny page and fill out an enquiry form, we will be in touch to confirm your booking.
